I had my hair done this morning and I feel like a new woman. The whole experience is rejuvenating. I go to Pelo Hair which is on the row of shops at Warwick Gates. The salon itself looks lovely and restful. The stylists are all so welcoming and friendly. The act of having someone comb, colour, wash and cut your hair is so calming. I am back to seeing my original stylist who I have not been able to see due to maternity / part-time hours not aligning. We were remarking how wonderful if it that she has been seen my children grow up – she first cut Evelina’s hair when she was three in May 2014.
I will be taking her back in May 2024 so we can recreate this picture then years on!
And it may have taken the whole of the morning but it is so worth it. Plus I got a little book plotting done while the colour was doing its magic!
