We got cracking this morning with baking some treats although I doubt these will last until Christmas. We will just have to make some more!
We started by preparing the gingerbread dough and this is chilling in the fridge.
Now the kiddos are making the family favourite – snickerdoodles. These cakey biscuits are covered in cinnamon sugar and are so moreish. We use the recipe from Nigella Lawson’s How To Be a Domestic Goddess and the gingerbread recipe Evelina found online.
