Around here

Yesterday Evelina got braces fitted. It has felt like years of waiting and then it came around all of a sudden. She was so brave.

Austin’s football team played so well together, passing brilliantly and really looking all round fantastic. Such a shame that they lost anyway – luck was certainly not on their side!

I made an emergency milkshake run to the nearest McDonalds with functioning milkshake machines! Evelina has been feel a bit low with her braces and the cool milkshake helped to ease the pain!

Austin had a playdate with a friend and they had an absolute ball. While we was gone, Rich, Evelina and I watched Twisters – thrilling and entertaining – and had lasagna which Austin still thinks he doesn’t like (I have to bring him round on this one after he has one too make dodgy vegan school lasagnas while he was dairy free).

Rich and I watched the last two episodes of Bad Monkey. Brilliant telly.
