The days are closing in now. It is getting darker earlier, and I know many people hate these shorter days. I have always enjoyed the extended periods of darkness in the evening; for me, it is an invitation to hunker down and find some cosy things to do. This menu is a collection of activities—books to get lost in, films and shows to curl up with, baking projects that fill the house with delicious warmth, and crafts that spark creativity. Instead of reaching for endless scrolling or distractions, I can choose something from here and savour it, like picking from a menu of joy.
This season is about slowing down, enjoying familiar comforts, and making space for the little things that bring me calm and cosiness.
