One of my 37 things was to read 50 books this year but I don’t think I am going to make it (unless you let me count all the books I read to Lina which would most definitely be cheating). I am currently on my 37th book, Divergent by Veronica Roth, which means I am 6 books behind schedule.
Divergent is about to be made into a film just like Gone Girl, which I also recently finished reading, so even if I do fail at my challenge, I can at least watch those films knowing I managed to read the books first. I am very much enjoying Divergent but I doubt I will be able to get through it quickly enough to read that and another 12 books before the end of December. Sad Face.
