Life Advice in Haiku

The laundry is a cycle
It is never done
Stop trying to finish it

When someone rude puts you down
Just smile and reply
‘That’s such an odd thing to say’

Don’t worry about sleeping
After some crossed words
Sometimes you’re both just tired

Tug of war with your worries
Is so exhausting
You can let go of the rope

Writing haiku is easy
But taking advice
That is much harder to do

We are made out of stardust
How crazy is that?
Shine your light brightly today

  1. Your poem is a beautiful reminder of life’s simple yet profound truths. It encourages us to embrace the never-ending cycle of chores and to respond to rudeness with grace. The wisdom in your words about letting go and shining brightly is both uplifting and comforting. Thank you for sharing this, and keep shining your own light through your thoughtful poetry! 🌟
