It always tickles me how differently Rich and I respond to the annual process of removing all traces of Christmas from the house. While I carefully pack the treasured ornaments with a twinge of sadness leaving a mournfully bare sitting room which looks stark without the decorations, Rich is positively gleeful to declutter the house. I even caught him whistling happily as he dismantled the tree.
As I start to think about my goals for the year, one of the easier ones is to keep track of what I read (as I usually do using Goodreads.com) and what films I watch. We have made a healthy start considering we are only three days into the year, with a pleasing bias towards Emma Stone:
- Birdman
- Bad Neighbours
- The Amazing Spider-Man 2
